Can't Stop Knitting!!!

Yes, as I"ve been saying for almost over a year now," I need to get back to my jewelry!" Well, that has not worked out too well. I can't stop knitting. I was trying to learn lace but got a little stupid with the double pointed needles and quit. I learned one good thing, M2, M3, M4's are a very interesting stitch.

I bought a beautiful lavender plant from Trader Joe's. I had to take a picture.

The beaded bracelet is for Laura my cousin who's birthday is long gone,but it is finished. The last pictures are from recent knitting projects. Another eco-spun yarn with linen that will be bathroom curtains and a freeform experiment. Last but not least me' socks, Boy socks are addicting!!!!!

I felt like it...

Well, I tried to felt. I had so much spare wool lying around, I decided to try my hand at felting. I purchased the book," Uniquely Felt ",by Christine White. She explains a lot about it and the books a huge help. There are so many great fiber artists out there I've been eyeing on the web, so it was time to give it a try. A lot harder then I thought, but interestingly fun. Meanwhile, another bracelet has yet to be finished for the new website, 1000 Markets where my art is currently. The third picture are two knitted handtowels, so I can conserve my papertowel usage. Gotta spare those trees. And the last picture, a hummingbird who decided to build her nest on my mom's hummingbird wind chime. Thought that was ironic. We've been feeding her so she can be nice and healthy for her babies...
